Refund policy

You have 14 days to return the products sold after receipt Shipping cost will be added through the returns in your customer account or by calling the customer service number (+201098608472) or via email at away22play@gmail.com.

If the item has defective, does not work properly, does not match the description of the site, is fake, or was received damaged as a result of transportation and shipment, you have the right to return it within 14 day from the date of receipt for free, and the value of the item will be refunded to you within a maximum period of 14 working days.

When returning the product, make sure that all the accessories and labels for the order are in their proper condition and that the product is in its original package in the correct condition in which it was received, and that the package is closed by the factory sealed (in the case of replacement within 14 days) as well as the inclusions in the offers such as included gifts with the products or Exceptional accessories. If you create a password for the device that you want to retrieve, please make sure to remove it, otherwise, the request will not be completed correctly for products that show manufacturing defects within 14 days of purchase and applies if they are returned and received with all the inclusions, as well as the inclusions in the offers such as included gifts with the products or Exceptional accessories labels and packaging of the device in its receiving conditions.

Also please note that eGift cards and digital products that you have received can't be refunded at all (see Exceptions / non-returnable items section).

To start a return, you can contact us at away22play@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and eGift Cards (such as but not limited to PlayStation Gift Cards, Xbox Gift Cards, Nintendo Gift Cards, iTunes Gift Cards, Google Gift Cards). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Also,

  • Damaged Products (excluding transportation damage)
  • Products that are not in their original packaging
  • Products that do not include all accessories
  • Unsealed products from the following product groups


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or store gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
